Methods of Payment

Sales Tax
Since A baby A tree operates in Florida, we are required to collect a 7.00% sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address. Products shipped to addresses outside Florida will not be charged sales tax. For International orders, customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1 Business day from when the order was placed. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.

Order cancellation
As most orders ship within 1 business day, if you wish to cancel the order, you must advise us by email at contact@ababyatree.com as soon as you receive your order confirmation e-mail receipt. Once your order is ready to ship, it may not be cancelled.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of all gifts and since all orders contain a personalized certificate issued by the Jewish National Fund all sales are final. Thus, please take care in selecting your gift to insure that all gifts meet your specifications. Of course, if you need assistance with the selection process, our customer service department will gladly provide you with any help you require. The only exception to the above referenced return policy is in the unexpected event of a manufacturer's defect. Claimed defects must be reported within seven business days of delivery and ababyatree reserves the right to inspect claimed defects prior to issuing any refund. Please email us.
